Waiter / Waitress – Guest Service Expert

About the role
As a Guest Service Expert, you will create memorable dining experiences for hotel guests by delivering attentive, friendly service. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Set and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
- Greet, serve, and interact with guests, providing recommendations and answering menu questions.
- Process guest transactions and handle payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and service stations.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below the knees.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical demands safely.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
