Warehouse Manager – Operations & Logistics

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead the planning, supervision and optimisation of receiving, handling, delivery and storage activities across multiple warehouse locations. The role ensures stock accuracy, quality standards and cost‑effective operations while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily resource distribution to maximise staff productivity and storage efficiency.
• Oversee multiple warehouse sites to ensure smooth operations and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily inventory updates, regular cycle counts and monthly full‑SKU verification.
• Supervise cleaning, housekeeping and proper storage, enforcing FIFO, lot tracking and damage reduction.
• Implement quality‑assurance standards and achieve target scores.
• Train staff on safety and security protocols, conduct periodic facility checks and manage maintenance needs.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for trailer hiring, labour, picking productivity, delivery routes and fleet utilisation.
• Recommend projects to optimise storage space and reduce delivery costs.

Required profile

• University graduate in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• 7–10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Strong computer proficiency, especially Excel.
• Moderate accounting knowledge and solid reporting abilities.
