Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished products. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on operational experience, and a focus on safety and inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Maintain organized labeling and storage for efficient retrieval.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure safety compliance of the warehouse team.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement to guarantee timely material availability.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, reconcile discrepancies, and update records in ERP/WMS systems.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized according to company standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and stock movement reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process optimizations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse supervision experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
