Workforce Planning & OD Manager

About the role

The Workforce Planning & OD Manager will lead the design and execution of workforce strategies and organizational structures to ensure the bank operates at peak performance. This senior HR role partners with business leaders to align talent, processes, and structures with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce plans and organizational design models to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Review and assess existing structures, job titles, reporting lines, and headcount distribution, identifying gaps and recommending optimal changes.
• Design business and target operating models that solve people‑planning challenges and improve efficiency.
• Conduct job analysis, create detailed job descriptions, competency models, and career paths.
• Manage the full job description lifecycle, including standards, development, validation, and communication.
• Perform job evaluations using the Hay Group (Korn Ferry) methodology and maintain classification matrices.
• Lead workload analysis, capacity studies, and organizational effectiveness assessments.
• Collaborate with Finance on headcount budgeting and monitor implementation.
• Support succession planning, talent programs, and workforce‑management metrics.
• Partner with HRBPs, country HR, and centers of expertise to align planning initiatives with corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in workforce planning and organizational development, preferably within a banking or financial services environment.

Required skills

• Strong computer proficiency.
• Experience with Hay Group (Korn Ferry) job evaluation methodology.
