WPC Door Extrusion Operator – Jordan

About the role

We are seeking an experienced WPC Door Extrusion Operator to join our manufacturing facility in Jordan. The successful candidate will operate and optimise extrusion lines that produce WPC door frames and architraves, ensuring high‑quality output and efficient production.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, start‑up, and adjust extrusion line parameters for WPC door production.
• Operate the extrusion equipment while monitoring performance and product quality.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production and quality issues promptly.
• Optimize production performance to minimise material waste.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in WPC door extrusion production.
• Strong knowledge of WPC raw materials, formulations, and processing parameters.
• Ability to work independently, responsibly and with commitment.
