AI Product Owner – Assistant Manager (AI Hub)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Product Owner to join the AI Hub in Amman. In this hands‑on leadership position you will design and deliver AI and Generative AI prototypes (PoCs, MVPs) that solve real client problems, automate processes and create measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own product outcomes end‑to‑end: shape use cases, define road‑maps, manage backlogs and set success metrics.
• Lead the development of AI PoCs and MVPs using LLMs, generative AI, AI agents and ML frameworks.
• Make go/no‑go or pivot decisions as prototypes evolve.
• Support early commercial thinking: scope initiatives, estimate effort and contribute to proposals/RFPs.
• Ensure robust engineering practices through LLMOps/MLOps, CI/CD and deployment on cloud or on‑premise platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Operate within enterprise governance, data‑privacy and regulatory constraints, promoting responsible AI.
• Mentor and manage a distributed engineering team, driving capability building and delivery standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to translate client problems into clear product scope and prioritized backlog.
• Experience leading AI prototype delivery in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• FastAPI, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph.
• LLM and generative‑AI toolkits such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot.
• LLMOps / MLOps, CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure.
