Associate – Compliance, Quality & Risk Management

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Associate to join its Quality, Risk & Compliance (QRC) team in Jordan. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting the monitoring of regulatory changes, the development of compliance programs, and ensuring that business activities align with risk learnings and government laws.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate between business units and the QRM team to support effective communication and execution of risk and compliance activities.
• Analyse and validate data provided by business teams to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit required filings and compliance reports in a timely manner.
• Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Escalate matters to senior team members and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Collaborate with teams across the business unit, DME, and other Deloitte member firms to enhance quality and risk‑management practices.
• Communicate with non‑compliant members, including leadership, to ensure they meet compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management or a closely related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, risk management or a quality‑focused role.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated personal accountability and a commitment to continuous learning.
