Associate Manager – Legal

About the role

The Associate Manager – Legal supports the Legal Manager in delivering effective legal services, advice, and representation across the organisation. Working from the Head Office in Jordan, you will help ensure that all legal matters are handled consistently, timely, and in line with internal standards and Jordanian law.

Key responsibilities

• Draft contracts, agreements and notifications, ensuring compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
• Provide support for business transactions, claim assessments, and decisions on prosecuting or defending lawsuits.
• Research laws, rulings and regulations to protect and legally safeguard business operations.
• Review policies for legal correctness and advise on contract and policy drafting.
• Develop legal strategies and arguments for case preparation and presentation.
• Gather evidence, interview clients and witnesses, and formulate defence or initiate legal actions.
• Prepare reports to confirm internal legal processes are followed and deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Minimum 2 years of legal experience; retail experience is a plus.
• Successful passage of the Jordanian Bar Association Exam and eligibility to practice law in Jordan.
• Strong business communication and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
