Business Banking Relationship Manager

About the role

Ahli Bank is looking for an experienced Business Banking Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with medium‑size and commercial business clients. The role focuses on delivering tailored financial solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new and existing business banking clients.
• Visit clients on‑site to collect documentation, understand business needs, and propose appropriate banking products.
• Achieve sales targets by attracting new customers and cross‑selling facilities, deposits, CASA and other products.
• Prepare credit reports, perform financial and credit analysis, and present recommendations to the credit committee.
• Monitor the credit portfolio, manage early‑warning signals, and follow up on past‑due accounts.
• Renew revolving limits and manage expiry dates in line with client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in business banking relationship management for medium and commercial clients.
• Strong selling, negotiation and credit analysis capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively and collaborate within a team.
