About the role

Servme is looking for a high‑energy Business Development Manager to lead its SMB sales team across the GCC region. This player‑coach role combines personal quota ownership with the responsibility of scaling and guiding a small team of Business Development Managers.

Key responsibilities

Own and achieve both individual and team revenue targets.
Recruit, coach, and manage a team of 2‑4 SMB sales managers.
Close high‑value, strategic deals while modelling best‑in‑class sales behaviour.
Maintain pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and rigorous CRM discipline.
Develop and refine sales playbooks, processes, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success to ensure steady pipeline flow and smooth onboarding.
Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing teams.

Required profile

5‑7 years of experience in SMB, B2B or SaaS sales.
Proven record as a top performer and deal closer.
Experience leading or mentoring sales teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive results through data‑driven decisions.
