Business Support Hub – Risk Consulting

About the role

EY is looking for a Business Support Hub professional to join its Risk Consulting practice across Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon. The role will act as a strategic enabler for pursuit teams, providing industry insights, intelligence and reusable assets to shape compelling proposals and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Understand pursuit objectives, prioritize requests and align with teams on outcomes and deadlines.
• Analyse industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activity to generate actionable intelligence.
• Gather and enrich client account information to identify opportunities and shape winning strategies.
• Develop detailed project approaches aligned with RFP scopes, ensuring clear and client‑focused messaging.
• Curate, adapt and maintain support materials, trackers and dashboards for pursuit activities.
• Coordinate proposal development, manage timelines, facilitate internal reviews and ensure compliance with EY processes.
• Review proposal content for grammatical, formatting and visual quality, conducting end‑to‑end quality assurance.
• Collect and archive pursuit data and market research for knowledge‑management purposes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize market and client data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to support ad‑hoc requests.

Required skills

• Proficiency in creating and managing trackers, dashboards and presentation materials.
• Familiarity with proposal development processes and quality‑assurance standards.
