Credit Control Officer

About the role

The Credit Control Officer will manage the company’s receivables, payables and reconciliation processes while supporting credit risk analysis. You will work closely with clients and capacity providers to ensure accurate financial records and timely payments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor receivable balances, issue payment reminders and follow up on overdue amounts.
• Support accounts payable activities for capacity providers, reviewing balances and ensuring timely payments.
• Prepare and submit declarations or bordereaux to capacity providers within agreed deadlines.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and maintain proper documentation.
• Produce regular aging, receivables and collection reports and highlight overdue trends.
• Analyse credit exposure, prepare risk summaries and ensure limits stay within policy.
• Assist month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Fresh graduate status.
• Mandatory FMVA certification.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and credit risk concepts.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
