Doorman – Guest Reception & Valet Services

About the role

We are looking for a courteous and proactive Doorman to be the first point of contact for guests and visitors at our Accor‑affiliated hotel. You will ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience at the front entrance while supporting valet and taxi coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors with a warm, professional welcome.
• Maintain good relationships with taxi drivers and organise transport for guests.
• Keep the front entrance clean, tidy, and free of hazards, including glass areas and ashtrays.
• Report any incidents or accidents promptly to the Guest Service Manager.
• Assist with valet operations: verify vehicle condition, issue tickets, and coordinate parking.
• Monitor security and direct guests to hotel functions and facilities.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments and adhere to health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑changing environment while staying calm.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including overnight shifts.
• Previous customer‑service experience is an asset.

Required skills

• Experience with Opera or a similar hotel management system.
