Enterprise Growth Specialist

About the role

avertra is looking for an Enterprise Growth Specialist to help highly regulated, customer‑centric industries—especially utilities and energy—deliver exceptional experiences through the MiCustomer platform. This hybrid role blends relationship building, data analysis, and problem solving to grow client and partner relationships while uncovering insights that drive new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research assigned accounts, map stakeholders, and identify whitespace and expansion opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships across the client community, leading discovery conversations that surface goals and constraints.
• Analyze usage and adoption data to spot patterns, risks, and signals for expansion, translating findings into actionable insights for clients and internal product teams.
• Support pre‑sales pursuits with a product‑owner mindset, articulating the value of MiCustomer components (MiPortal, MiAgent, MiComm) to decision‑makers.
• Onboard new members to the MiCustomer User Group, drive engagement, and contribute to community content.
• Represent avertra at conferences and virtual events, handling follow‑ups and designing repeatable growth processes.

Required profile

• Genuinely curious and able to ask the question behind the question.
• Comfortable with a consulting or industrial‑engineering mindset and enjoys front‑facing interactions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with some evening overlap for US‑based clients.
