Enterprise Products Manager (Managed Data & Network)

About the role

Umniah is seeking an experienced Enterprise Products Manager to lead the Managed Data & Network Services portfolio. You will shape go‑to‑market strategies, define product positioning for B2B customers, and drive revenue growth while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies for Managed Data & Network services.
• Define product positioning, value propositions and competitive differentiation for enterprise customers.
• Own the annual product P&L, set targets and monitor performance.
• Capture bi‑annual customer satisfaction data and implement improvement initiatives.
• Manage strategic partnerships to meet market and customer requirements.
• Lead marketing communication campaigns for upcoming smart services.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to launch high‑quality products.
• Translate customer needs and market opportunities into product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Communicate updates, release timelines and market trends to sales and presales teams.
• Drive AI‑enabled service positioning and intelligent automation to strengthen market leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Business Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product and marketing management within enterprise connectivity or telecom services.
• Proven ability to manage product P&L and deliver B2B go‑to‑market strategies.
• Strong analytical, commercial and market research capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
