Finance Manager – Solar Energy

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our growing solar energy business in Jordan. The successful candidate will drive financial planning, project costing, and strategic decision‑making in a fast‑paced renewable‑energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor project costing and profitability for solar EPC and O&M projects.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Support tendering processes with financial modeling and pricing analysis.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent is a plus).
• 15‑20 years of finance experience, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or EPC sectors.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting and cost control.
• Experience in financial modeling and feasibility analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
