Freelance Part-Time Claude AI Trainer / Consultant

About the role

CVskills is seeking a freelance part‑time Claude AI Trainer or Consultant to help learners and clients master Claude AI tools and related workflows. The position is hybrid, with a mix of on‑site sessions in Amman and remote work from home.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver short, focused training sessions on Claude AI.
• Create concise learning materials, examples, and practical exercises.
• Guide learners through hands‑on projects, answer questions, and provide constructive feedback.
• Recommend best practices for AI‑assisted writing, research, analysis, and workflow support.
• Collaborate with CVskills staff to continuously improve training content and structure.
• Manage personal schedule, maintain clear communication with learners, and document progress and outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of modern AI tools, especially Claude AI, and experience with prompt design.
• Proven experience in teaching, coaching, or consulting, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus for local learners.
• Ability to plan and structure short training modules and adapt content based on feedback.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and reliable internet for remote sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
