General Manager – Luxury Lifestyle Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead The Pulse by Cloud7 Hotel, an adult‑only lifestyle destination in Aqaba’s Marina Village. Reporting to ownership and Kerten Hospitality, you will drive operational excellence and uphold the brand’s vibrant, community‑centric identity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall hotel operations, ensuring alignment with ownership and Kerten Hospitality vision.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.
• Oversee property initiatives, including renovations and service improvements.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality guest experiences consistent with the property’s identity.
• Maintain compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards.
• Act as primary liaison for ownership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Lead, develop, recruit, and retain the hotel team.
• Build relationships with the local community and support strategic partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and performance improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business or related field preferred; diploma is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in hospitality, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle property.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Professional, results‑driven and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of hotel operations and financial management.
• Good problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong communication skills; English required, Arabic an advantage.
