Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join VML’s creative team. You will work on a variety of client projects, turning concepts into visually compelling designs that strengthen brand identities and drive impact.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality graphic designs across digital and print formats, meeting tight deadlines.
• Apply visual design expertise to develop engaging creative solutions for diverse client needs.
• Conceptualise and create content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in visual style, design standards, and messaging across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate briefs into effective visual outputs.
• Utilise motion‑design skills when required to enhance project outcomes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high‑quality results.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for design.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and branding principles.
• Motion‑design abilities (considered a plus).
