Head of Growth

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to shape and execute our company’s growth strategy across the entire customer journey. The role will own acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue, using data‑driven experimentation and cross‑functional collaboration to drive sustainable user and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own the full customer funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
• Identify new growth opportunities through market research and experimentation.
• Define, monitor and optimise key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rate, churn and MRR/ARR.
• Lead A/B testing and growth experiments to improve acquisition and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Build scalable growth processes, frameworks and a high‑performing growth team.
• Oversee performance marketing, SEO, CRM, lifecycle marketing, partnerships and referral programmes.
• Analyse customer behaviour and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Prepare regular performance reports for executive stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, product growth or strategy.
• 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a startup or technology company.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of data‑driven decision making.
• Experience managing budgets and growth‑related KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
