HR & Quality Control Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic HR & Quality Control Manager to lead our Human Resources function while driving service quality and operational consistency across multiple centers. The role combines people‑management with process improvement to create a professional, well‑organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full HR lifecycle, including policy development, recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and payroll coordination.
• Set and maintain high standards for workplace organization, appearance, cleanliness and service delivery, monitoring daily operations for consistency and efficiency.
• Identify process gaps, design and implement practical improvements, and follow up on staff performance and operational discipline.
• Utilize ERP systems (preferably SAP) to track HR and operational KPIs, provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Enhance patient/customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives and regular quality checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience, including managerial responsibility in HR and operational management.
• Proven ability to build structure, enforce standards and improve workflows in a fast‑paced, multi‑branch environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor law compliance and internal policy enforcement.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP being a strong advantage.
