HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist – Jordan

About the role

CTI is looking for an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of its Jordan office. You will lead recruitment for multiple functions while handling core HR tasks, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a professional workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Create job ads and sourcing strategies for roles such as PHP developers, accountants and operations staff.
• Conduct structured interviews in English, assess spoken and written English proficiency, and verify qualifications and references.
• Prepare offers, support onboarding, and maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Develop relationships with universities, recruitment agencies and professional networks.
• Support HR policies, employee documentation, attendance and performance management.
• Ensure HR and recruitment practices comply with Jordanian labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent spoken and written English; ability to conduct interviews in English.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Jordan’s employment market and labor practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and exercise professional judgment.
