About the role

MNASATI.COM is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Specialist to join its growing technology team. The role will support HR operations, talent management initiatives, and the overall employee experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the company’s HR operations, talent management initiatives, and employee experience.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain HR reporting tools and HRMS platforms.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in technology or fast‑paced corporate settings.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Professional HR certifications (CHRM, CIPD, SHRM, PHRi) are an advantage.
