Inclusive Education Consortium Coordinator – Palestine Emergency

About the role

Humanity & Inclusion is seeking an Inclusive Education Consortium Coordinator to lead the ECHO‑funded consortium supporting inclusive education in Palestine, with a focus on emergencies and protracted crises. Based in Amman, the coordinator will work closely with partners, donors and the Global Inclusive Education Specialist to ensure high‑quality programme delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day coordination of the ECHO‑funded consortium, ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
• Facilitate consortium governance, including steering committee meetings, technical working groups and bilateral sessions.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance on inclusive education programming in emergencies.
• Support capacity‑building and advocacy activities for partners and the HI Palestine mission.
• Contribute to HI’s strategic planning, resource mobilisation and sector positioning in Palestine.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating multi‑partner humanitarian or development programmes.
• Strong understanding of inclusive education principles and emergency education contexts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and ensure donor compliance.
