About the role
Jo Academy is looking for an International Program Operations Officer to join its B2C International Program team. Reporting to the International Programs Manager, the officer will work closely with internal teams, teachers, and students to ensure smooth operational and administrative execution of international programs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and track teacher‑related financial data, including payments and discrepancy resolution.
- Communicate regularly with teachers and coordinate studio reservations for recordings and sessions.
- Use internal administrative platforms to manage class schedules, content, and logistics.
- Handle day‑to‑day operational processes to ensure timely delivery of tasks and services.
- Provide technical support to new teachers and students during onboarding.
- Oversee teacher account management, ensuring information accuracy and timely updates.
- Process student and teacher payments, verify transactions, and resolve issues.
- Monitor the educational website’s functionality and coordinate updates as needed.
- Support operational workflows related to scheduling and logistics.
Required profile
- Experience in operational support, finance handling, and coordination within an educational or EdTech environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with teachers, students, and internal teams.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive problem‑solver who can ensure seamless educational experiences.
