IT Manager – Salesforce Effectiveness

About the role

The IT Manager – Salesforce Effectiveness will lead the product line that shapes, delivers, and supports Transmed’s sales and field merchandising solutions. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will define strategies, drive implementation, and ensure ongoing product management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and strategy for sales and field merchandising technology applications.
• Oversee the management and implementation of enterprise business solutions, with a focus on the FMCG industry.
• Coordinate stakeholders, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to project milestones.
• Translate business needs into actionable digital solutions, system configurations, and feature sets.
• Lead development, customization, and integration efforts with internal IT teams, external partners, and system integrators.
• Drive change‑management initiatives, including training, communication, and adoption programs.
• Ensure governance, quality assurance, and data integrity across all solutions.
• Support analytics capabilities to generate insights, metrics, and recommendations for business improvement.
• Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and continuous optimization based on user feedback.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing enterprise‑wide business solutions.
• Deep understanding of FMCG industry processes and challenges.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and change‑management expertise.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
