IT Operations Officer – Payments & Transaction Processing

About the role

Network International is seeking an IT Operations Officer to manage daily IT operations that support its payments and transaction processing services across the Middle East and Africa. The role ensures system stability, service continuity, and accurate processing of payment files.

Key responsibilities

• Close and process all payment transactions daily, starting at 12:30 AM.
• Collect, process, and dispatch Visa and Mastercard files, as well as debit, card, and bank‑specific payments.
• Manage daily Cortex POS, ATM, and other system inserts.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for banks and telecom partners (Zain, Umniah, Orange).
• Monitor JONET member interfaces, ATM driving services, and overall system health.
• Open, update, and resolve support tickets via the Helix ticketing system.
• Capture and analyse system logs when technical issues arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in IT operations or payments processing.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Helix ticketing system.
• Experience using Cortex POS and ATM platforms.
• Familiarity with JONET interfaces and payment file handling (Visa, Mastercard).
