Learning & Development Associate – Digital Learning & Analytics

About the role

The Learning & Development Associate will support the execution of a digital‑first learning strategy, focusing on platform management, learning path deployment, reporting, and local coordination in Jordan. This position is ideal for a motivated, self‑driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to grow within Talent & Learning.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain digital learning platforms (LMS, external providers), ensuring accurate learner data and course catalogs.
• Create and update interactive eLearning content using Articulate 360 or similar tools, converting static materials into engaging modules.
• Assign role‑based learning paths, monitor completion rates, and drive adoption across functions.
• Generate learning dashboards and insight reports, tracking KPIs such as learning hours, completion rates, and certification progress.
• Utilize AI tools to generate learning summaries, curate content, and analyze engagement trends.
• Coordinate logistics for in‑person workshops and regional programs with business stakeholders and HRBPs.
