About the role
SITA is seeking a Manager Pre‑sales to support its commercial teams in delivering high‑quality, long‑term solutions for the global air travel industry. The role bridges client needs with SITA Global Services capabilities, ensuring proposals are feasible, financially sound, and aligned with customer expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the proposal of standard SITA solutions and tailor non‑standard offers in collaboration with Service Support Architects.
- Identify and document risks, assumptions, and contractual terms for each bid.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to develop accurate cost estimates, SLAs, and support models.
- Support contract negotiations and transition proposals to business‑as‑usual operations.
- Track bid performance, conduct post‑bid reviews, and maintain a knowledge‑base for continuous improvement.
- Analyze financial data, build financial models, and provide actionable insights to optimize efficiency.
Required profile
- Mandatory ITIL certification.
- Proven experience in pre‑sales, bid management, or proposal development within an IT or technology environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data and risks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
