Marketing & Design Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing & Design Specialist to lead the creative and marketing efforts for several growing brands based in Amman. The role combines strategic marketing planning with hands‑on design production to build strong brand identities and drive audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and visual assets.
• Manage and grow social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Produce and edit video content for reels and short‑form platforms.
• Collaborate with brand teams to ensure consistent visual and messaging standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, and content creation.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Based in Amman and able to work full‑time on‑site.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Canva.
• Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools.
• Meta Ads platform and lead‑generation techniques.
• Social media management for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
