Marketing Director

About the role

Neuro Lab is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth for its innovative software and technology solutions. Based in Amman, this full‑time, on‑site position will work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including market research, campaign creation, and budget management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to synchronize efforts and maximize lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends to keep the company ahead of competitors.
• Ensure all marketing activities support Neuro Lab’s long‑term vision of reliable, scalable, and efficient technology solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management, market planning, and market research.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to align marketing with business goals.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
