Marketing & Graphic Design Officer – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a creative Marketing & Graphic Design Officer to support our real‑estate projects. The role combines strategic marketing planning with hands‑on design work to build strong brand presence and generate leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for real‑estate projects and properties.
• Design creative marketing materials for both online and offline channels.
• Manage and grow social‑media platforms, creating engaging visual content.
• Produce advertisements, brochures, and other promotional assets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and branding initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and graphic design, preferably in real‑estate.
• Strong knowledge of social‑media marketing, branding, and digital campaigns.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Ability to create marketing materials, social‑media content, brochures, and ads.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability or ability to start within two weeks.
