Marketing Specialist – Remote (Jordan)

About the role

Eenovance Energy Technology is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive brand and demand‑generation activities for its energy solutions. The role is fully remote and focused on the Jordan market, requiring fluency in Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve brand identity, voice, tone, visual guidelines and architecture.
• Create on‑brand content for website, social media, email campaigns, newsletters and marketing collateral.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X to boost awareness and engagement.
• Develop and run integrated marketing campaigns from concept through performance analysis.
• Plan, coordinate and support participation in exhibitions, conferences, workshops, product launches and other industry events.
• Generate fresh, creative marketing ideas, activations and initiatives that differentiate the brand.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Design teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Measure and report on campaign performance using data and analytics to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing, brand management or B2B/industrial product marketing.
• Strong content writing and communication abilities with a portfolio of engaging work.
• Hands‑on experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X platforms.
• Experience planning and supporting exhibitions, events and offline marketing activities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to devise innovative campaigns.
• Project‑management skills to handle multiple priorities and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to track and analyse marketing performance metrics.
• Market‑research skills to assess trends, customer needs and competitor actions.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic graphic‑design skills and familiarity with design tools (a plus).
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, energy storage or electrical industries (preferred).
