About the role

The Modern Montessori School, a CIS‑accredited IB Continuum World School, is seeking a passionate Mathematics Teacher to join its faculty in August 2026. You will work in a vibrant, inclusive environment that blends Montessori methodology with the International Baccalaureate programme, fostering curiosity and academic excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the school curriculum, Montessori principles, and IB assessment standards.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, ensuring each student is challenged and supported.
• Assess student progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies to promote continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative classroom atmosphere that encourages risk‑taking and mutual respect.
• Participate actively in the school’s learning community, sharing best practices and collaborating with colleagues.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Experience teaching at primary or secondary levels, preferably within Montessori or IB settings.
• Strong commitment to student‑centred learning and inclusive education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
