Paid Immigration & Visa Coordinator Training (3 months)

About the role

Glocal Immigration Consulting offers a three‑month paid training program for university students and recent graduates interested in immigration, visa, and international admissions support. The role provides hands‑on experience under the supervision of regulated Canadian immigration consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with visa applications, study permits, and work permits.
• Prepare and review documentation for immigration and admission processes.
• Support client communication and follow‑up throughout the application lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the team to research immigration policies and updates.
• Participate in client intake, data entry, and case management tasks.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate (within 12 months).
• Studies in English, French, Tourism, Business, International Relations, Languages, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong interest in immigration, visa services, and international education.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
