Part‑time Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Trainer

About the role

Manageperts is seeking a part‑time Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Trainer to join its hybrid team in Amman. You will design and deliver CMA preparation courses, combining on‑site classroom sessions with online modules.

Key responsibilities

• Plan curricula and develop learning materials aligned with current CMA exam standards.
• Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for adult learners.
• Assess learner performance, provide feedback, and mentor candidates on exam strategies.
• Update course content regularly to reflect professional best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to schedule sessions and maintain accurate training records.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance concepts with the ability to explain them clearly.
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credential or final‑stage CMA candidate.
• Demonstrated experience teaching or coaching adults, preferably in professional certification or higher‑education settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Financial statements preparation and analysis.
• Accrual accounting.
• Use of digital training tools such as video‑conferencing platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
