Principal Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a Principal Performance Marketing Specialist at Unifonic, you will design and optimise high‑performance demand‑generation programs that turn paid and organic activity into qualified pipeline and revenue. You will act as the growth team’s subject‑matter expert, shaping channel strategy and ensuring campaigns are data‑driven, efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise full‑funnel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display and retargeting channels.
• Prioritise pipeline efficiency metrics (CPL, CPA, cost per opportunity) over vanity metrics.
• Support account‑based and intent‑driven campaigns targeting enterprise segments in MENA.
• Continuously test bidding strategies, audiences and creatives to improve ROI.
• Develop and execute organic search strategies, including SEO and generative engine optimisation (GEO).
• Collaborate with Web and Product teams to improve landing‑page performance and conversion rates.
• Contribute to technical and content SEO initiatives that boost organic pipeline.
• Optimise inbound lead flows, nurture journeys and marketing automation workflows.
• Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales on lead scoring, routing and lifecycle definitions.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution and reporting of all campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in performance‑driven demand generation and growth marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑based decision making.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing and Sales.
• Experience targeting enterprise customers in emerging markets, preferably MENA.
