About the role
Syarah, a leading automotive e‑commerce platform, is seeking a data‑driven Product Manager to own product initiatives across its digital marketplace. You will drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, turning insights into measurable impact in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Define product requirements, write clear user stories, and manage the backlog in Jira.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Finance, CX, and Marketing teams.
- Analyze data and user behavior to prioritize initiatives and inform decisions.
- Design, optimize, and iterate product workflows and user journeys.
- Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve performance.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs and product impact.
- Identify operational and product gaps and propose scalable solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure cross‑team alignment.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in product management.
- Strong data‑driven mindset with solid analytical skills.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to write clear tickets, user stories, and manage backlogs.
- Experience conducting A/B testing and measuring product impact.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
