Product Owner – Shopping Experience

About the role
Syarah is looking for a Product Owner to lead the end‑to‑end shopping journey on its web and mobile platforms. You will focus on discovery, conversion and operational execution, working closely with Operations, Marketing, CX, Engineering, Design, Data/BI and commercial teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Shopping Experience roadmap and backlog for discovery and conversion.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Run Scrum ceremonies: daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives and release coordination.
- Drive experimentation: define hypotheses, run A/B tests, measure impact and scale winning variants.
- Monitor performance KPIs and funnels such as CTR, lead submission, booking/down‑payment, conversion and drop‑offs.
- Partner with Operations and CX to ensure smooth execution and reduce friction across processes.
- Align stakeholders, communicate scope, timelines, dependencies and trade‑offs.
- Support QA/UAT and post‑release monitoring to ensure quality delivery.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, preferably in e‑commerce or marketplace environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyse funnels, cohorts and experiment results.
- Proven stakeholder management across multiple functions.
- Good understanding of the Saudi market and user expectations.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
