Production Coordinator

About the role

The Production Coordinator supports the Jordan River Designs Department in daily operational, administrative and business development activities. The role ensures smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers and customers, with a focus on maintaining production schedules and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide research, administrative support and reporting to facilitate daily operations.
• Manage document control, databases and CRM to ensure accurate documentation and communication.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, supplier relations, translation, contracting and record‑keeping.
• Communicate with wholesalers and suppliers, escalating critical issues to the Operations Supervisor.
• Track product information and production centre activities to keep the production cycle on schedule.
• Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders for proper coordination.
• Assist with human‑resources and administration functions, monitoring work schedules against the production plan.
• Support IKEA‑specific processes such as I‑Connect entries, quality inspections, sourcing, sampling, testing and logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic.
• 3‑5 years of experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.
