Project Coordinator – IT & Marketing Projects

About the role

The Project Coordinator will act as the central hub for multiple client‑focused initiatives, ensuring resources, timelines, and communication flow smoothly across technical and marketing teams. You will support project managers in planning, documentation, and delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate resources, provide tools, and keep project files organized.
• Coordinate with clients, track milestones, and serve as the primary communication liaison.
• Manage projects from proposal to delivery, covering website, mobile app, and marketing assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop landing pages and promotional materials.
• Test applications and systems before client hand‑over to ensure quality.
• Maintain project calendars, update stakeholders, and produce documentation.
• Continuously improve project‑management processes and adopt best practices.
• Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and growth, reporting concerns to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in software‑development project coordination or a similar role.
• Fluent oral and written English and Arabic.
• Strong problem‑solving, leadership, and organizational abilities.
