Project Management I – Country Manager

About the role

The Project Management I – Country Manager will act as the regional project lead overseeing all Forward Support Representative (FSR) movements and operational issues, including critical command incident reports (CCIR). The role requires close collaboration with support personnel and reporting to government leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage FSR movements and operational incidents.
• Prepare and submit CCIRs in the format required by the government.
• Coordinate with support teams and ensure effective communication with government officials.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting.
• Utilize computer‑based project management tools to track progress and resources.
• Provide leadership, planning, and problem‑solving support across multiple tasks.

Required profile

• Active US Government Secret clearance (interim acceptable) and US citizenship.
• Minimum five years of experience with SATCOM systems.
• At least two years of experience in a military environment.
• Minimum two years of management experience.
• Associate degree in Business Management or eleven years of recent specialized experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
