Recruitment Intern – Remote (Commission Opportunities)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to join our fully remote team at Taj HR Consultancy. This internship is designed for fresh graduates or those starting their HR career, offering hands‑on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle and the chance to earn commissions on successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Bayt, social media, and other databases.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients and maintain candidate records in Workable ATS.
• Use Boolean and X‑Ray search techniques to identify potential talent.
• Assist with recruitment reports, market research, and support multiple vacancies across various industries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, research and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet targets.
