About the role
The Regional Senior Finance Officer will support the financial management of Terre des hommes' MENA Regional Office and its country offices. Reporting to the Regional Finance Coordinator, the role ensures accurate budgeting, financial reporting and compliance with internal and donor procedures across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the regional office accounting and control analytical allocations.
- Prepare monthly budget monitoring (FMT cycle) and provide analysis to the regional management team.
- Conduct meetings with budget holders to review project budgets, allocations and financial status when the regional office leads.
- Organise monthly coordination between country CAFs and the regional office, sharing allocations, expense lists and best practices.
- Participate in the development of donor budgets for regional leads or multi‑country proposals.
- Prepare the annual regional budget and periodic budget updates.
- Contribute to the consolidation of multi‑country financing and ensure the quality and reliability of financial reports.
