Remote Sales Representative, US Restaurant Accounts

About the role

We are looking for a remote Sales Representative based in Jordan to sell Zay‑os’ online ordering system to restaurant owners in the United States. You will work from home, communicate in English by phone and email, and earn a monthly base salary plus recurring commission for each active account.

Key responsibilities

• Call and email U.S. restaurant owners, book and conduct product demos.
• Explain the cost comparison between delivery apps and Zay‑os, and close sales.
• Hand over signed restaurants to the onboarding team and keep the pipeline updated in our CRM.
• Maintain ongoing contact with signed accounts, as your commission depends on their continued payments.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English with clear articulation.
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection.
• At least three years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service or account management.
• Reliable home office with computer, headset and stable internet connection.
• Willingness to work the US Eastern‑time schedule (10:30 AM‑6:30 PM ET).
