About the role
WUDUH, the Jordanian hub for a U.S.-based financial settlement solutions provider, is seeking a Sales Agent (Opener) to engage potential customers over the phone. You will introduce and promote the company’s products, build rapport, and help customers navigate their financial future with confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote company products or services.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude to enhance the brand image.
- Develop deep product knowledge, including pricing, benefits, and industry trends.
- Handle objections confidently and articulate product features, advantages, and benefits.
- Adhere to ethical sales standards, company policies, and legal regulations, ensuring data protection and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the sales team and manager to refine techniques and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Adjust sales strategies based on customer responses and market insights, demonstrating resilience and persistence.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum C1 level English proficiency.
- 2–3 years of experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Professionalism, adaptability, and integrity when handling customer concerns.
