About the role

MetLife Jordan is seeking motivated individuals to join its team as Sales Consultants / Financial Advisors. In this role you will promote insurance and financial solutions, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth in the Jordanian market.

Key responsibilities

• Present MetLife’s insurance and financial products to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and generate new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Provide personalized advice to clients based on their financial needs.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge.

Required profile

• Presentable with excellent communication skills.
• Strong network and ability to build new relationships.
• Experience in field, outdoor, or direct sales is highly preferred.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and eager to grow.
• Background in finance, accounting, insurance, or business is an advantage but not mandatory.
