Sales Consultant – Jordan

About the role

The Sales Consultant will execute the sales strategy defined by the Sales Manager to achieve monthly targets, renewals and profitability across Jordan. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, promoting safe and sustainable health, property and environmental solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy and pursue monthly sales targets.
• Identify and prospect potential clients and business opportunities.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and explain the benefits of Rentokil Boecker services.
• Survey premises to assess technical requirements and prepare pricing.
• Create tailored offers using marketing tools and follow up until contracts are signed.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through scheduled calls and visits.
• Handle after‑sales support, contract renewals and coordinate with Operations.
• Accurately record client data in Rentokil Boecker systems and produce weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Participate in events and exhibitions to promote services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
• Detail‑oriented with solid reporting and monitoring abilities.
• Effective decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
