Sales Manager – Aerosol Division

About the role

A leading FMCG company is seeking a Sales Manager for its Aerosol Division. You will translate the group’s commercial strategy into actionable field plans, manage diverse distribution channels, and lead a specialized sales team to achieve growth and KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the group's commercial strategy into field plans and execute Route‑to‑Market (RTM) strategies.
• Oversee compliance with pricing policies across van‑sales and wholesale, and manage the rebate system to prevent channel conflicts.
• Take full ownership of sales KPIs including Strike Rate, Lines Per Call (LPC), MSL Compliance, and Price Compliance.
• Prepare and monitor Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and lead the implementation of Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems such as INCUBE.
• Oversee and motivate a team of specialized field supervisors (Wholesale, Retail/Cash Van, Malls/Coops, Modern Trade).
• Collaborate closely with factory management to ensure operational efficiency and product availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 6–7 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large field teams.
• Proven experience in managing direct distribution, van sales, wholesale and modern trade within the Jordanian market.
