Senior Analyst – Performance Marketing (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven campaigns across search and social platforms, turning experiment results into actionable insights and optimization models.

Key responsibilities

• Design, run and analyze text‑ad experiments on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver and other search engines.
• Test, monitor and optimize display campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and similar channels.
• Develop statistical models, dashboards and reporting tools to support account managers and improve campaign performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, science).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong numerical reasoning and intellectual curiosity.

Required skills

• Experience with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, Tableau.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
